Wandering Menu.
Our menu is always evolving and changing with the seasons and products available to us. We only do one dinner a month, so we strive to find the best possible products for the moment. Some of our products are only available for one month, some only days, because of this, we do not make menus too far in advance. We keep the menus very straight forward, listing only the flavors or primary tastes. Before each dinner, a menu will be posted here with the date of the dinner. The menu is made so that each course links to the next is some subtle or not so subtle way. There will be courses added and or slightly changed at times, that is what makes this fun. So please join us down our rabbit hole, and let yourself explore and delight in our whims of food and dining.
