13th. We had a great time in New York at the International Chefs Congress. Ate a lot of great food and got a lot of great ideas from around the world. Can't wait to show off new techniques at our next dinner! Also added a few new links on evolve and dish. Check them out.
Also found out I won third place from the California table grape commission competition. AWESOME! I'll post a recipe when they say I can.
We are sold out until March, but will be taking reservations soon. I posted the new menus for January and February yesterday. December is also going to be great! We have another awesome host and are really excited about the dinner! We are also looking for a host in Seattle if anyone has a really great spot there, send me an email. chef@thewanderingtable.com . Always get so excited for fall. One of my favorite seasons full of spice and braised food. Comfort to the core. Posted a new menu for November. Click here to check it out. Just won a national chef challenge from Haagen Dazs. I'll post a link to the recipe when I get the ok from them. Will post some new techniques in the next couple of weeks, just haven't had time. Been a busy summer.

Also just added a fund raiser dinner. We usually do one dinner a month, but couldn't miss an oppurtunity to cook. This will be at a local farm using only what is raised right around the farm.
